Single Component water-base sealer “Wet Look” Gloss or Subtle Matte

Approximately 400 square feet per gallon. Recommend 2 coats.

This self-crosslinking water-based sealer provides chemical resistance and great hot tire resistance with two options for the desired shine.  The Poly Low Odor provides an alternative to quick dry solvent-based sealers.  This sealer will not soften in extreme heat like solvent based acrylic sealers.  Poly Low Odor is a great choice for interior and exterior applications.  Granicrete Floor Overlay and Micro-Topping, colored concrete, plain concrete, pavers, bricks and other porous surfaces are suitable to be sealed with Poly Low Odor.

Always used Poly Low Gloss under a satin or matte finishing sealer. Gloss is not required as a primer before using Matte.
